Foppiano Vineyards is one of the oldest operating wineries in Sonoma County. The doors were first opened by Giovanni Foppiano back in 1896, making this year the family’s 125th anniversary. The Foppiano’s perseverance and creative work ethic even helped get them through the Prohibition in the 1920’s by selling home winemaking kits. As soon as you arrive to Foppiano you can immediately feel the rich history that it has.

Foppiano has teamed up with the beloved Oakville Grocery in Healdsburg to offer curated picnics while you wine taste. You can sit, sip and eat out back on Foppiano’s spacious patio overlooking the vineyard. It’s a very nice laid-back winery and is also kid-friendly…a big plus since we have a 3-year-old!
The tasting room at Foppiano is open daily from 11-5. Reservations are recommended since seating is limited.
